The banter between Swifties and football fans could not be farther from the truth as both parties are successful in their respective fields.

However, recent data now proves that Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the NFL are all benefactors of Swift’s loyal and widespread fanbase. 

Aside from a five-game win streak, the defending Super Bowl Champions are also enjoying a continuous increase in social media numbers since Swift started attending games. 

Swift has been present at three of the Chiefs’ games this season to support Kelce. According to data from Averagebeing, the Chiefs’ Instagram page gains an average of 18,383 new followers with each Swift appearance.

The Chiefs’ Week 4 game against the New York Jets amassed an average of 27 million viewers. According to data from NBC, Peacock, NBC Sports Digital, and NFL Digital platforms, the most-viewed game since Super Bowl LVII saw a spike among female viewers who awaited Swift’s cameo from MetLife Stadium. 

Averagebeing’s data states that the NFL Instagram page sees an average of 12,893 new followers every time Swift attends a game. 

As for Kelce, the tight end gains an average of 124,090 new followers with Swift in his supporters’ section. 

Aside from Swift showing her support at the Chiefs’ game, the pair was pictured holding hands while on a date in New York City on Sunday. 

They also enjoyed a late-night date night Saturday, having dinner at Nobu before making surprise cameos on Saturday Night Live.  

Swift also reportedly spent the night at Kelce’s Kansas City residence following the Chiefs Thursday night win over the Denver Broncos.
