Trent Alexander-Arnold's brother and agent appeared to 'like' a post on social media that criticised Liverpool's recruitment strategy.
Tyler Alexander-Arnold handles the financial side of Trent's career including contracts and sponsorships as the 24-year-old enters his eighth season in the Liverpool first-team. However, a now removed social media like expressed some discontent.
The view of a fan concerning the signing of Wataru Endo from VfB Stuttgart on a four-year deal was brought into question. The 30-year-old, who has played 52 times for Japan, was signed for £16million after three years in the Bundesliga.

The post in question, written by @LFCLaurie, said: "Spending £16m on Endo and handing him a four-year deal is exactly why we need a sporting director in.
"It made no sense and still makes no sense. I love (Jurgen) Klopp but his talent ID can stink at times."
The post was swiftly unliked by the 28-year-old, who is a director at the PLG agency group who also represent Andy Robertson and Jarrod Bowen among others.

One reply said: "I don't think it's that deep. He is a regular person, and has his own opinions. That doesn't mean Trent thinks the same."
A second added: "The lad can like and dislike what he wants. He doesn't represent the club and he isn't paid by the club either."
