That is the way it will stay.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018We have got an amazing coaching staff as well so it can get lost in translation with what the players think and what is said behind closed doors, we just want to do well for the football club.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>McTominay believes he is indebted to Ten Hag for helping to resurrect his Old Trafford career after he had the opportunity to leave for West Ham in the summer. The Scotland international has forced his way back into the team after injuries gave him an opportunity, and is the top scorer on six goals.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018There\u2019s always speculation and different things surrounding every player,\u2019 he added. \u2018You have to perform to stay there, I\u2019ve known that since being a young boy watching the senior pros here and the academy players. For me, it was get my head down and work hard.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018The faith in the manager has been a massive one for me. You want to repay that when you get minutes. That\u2019s the life of a footballer, you will get ups and downs, and it\u2019s not always sunshine and rainbows.
