While Gareth Southgate’s side will be slumming it out on the pitch at next summer’s Euros in Germany, their loved ones plan to enjoy a glamorous holiday.\u00a0<\/p>\n
That’s because the players’ wives and girlfriends are reportedly looking at securing luxury accommodation – with one option being a castle where rooms cost up to \u00a31,750 per sleep.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The group of luxury-seekers could consist of Kieran Trippier’s wife, Charlotte; Jordan Pickford’s wife, Megan; Kyle Walker’s wife, Annie; Harry Maguire’s wife, Fern; and Luke Shaw’s girlfriend, Anouska Santos.\u00a0<\/p>\n
According to The Sun, the band of would-be merrymakers have hired a personal travel planner to help with finding a location.<\/p>\n
Options include the \u00a31,750-per-night\u00a0Schlosshotel resort in Kronberg – the castle – and\u00a0Schloss Auel Boutique Hotel in Lohmar.<\/p>\n

Kronberg is 25 minutes from Frankfurt, one of the host cities and the place of England’s second group clash against Denmark.<\/p>\n
Lohmar is a similar length of drive to Cologne, which will also host fixtures, including England’s third group match against Slovenia.<\/p>\n
A source told The Sun: ‘They\u2019re keen to let their hair down after being restricted in Qatar.’<\/p>\n
In Qatar, they were banned from drinking and playing loud music, but can expect a more riotous time in the beer-loving Germany.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Schlosshotel in Kronberg has an 18-hole golf course on offer, a ‘beauty cottage’, and a Porsche drive rental.<\/p>\n
Alongside 61 rooms and suites, there are two on-site restaurants and the resort often acts as a wedding venue.\u00a0<\/p>\n
In the past, it has been used by government officials to welcome foreign state guests, showing its ilk as a blue-chip venue.\u00a0<\/p>\n
England kick off their Euro 2024 campaign on June 16 against Serbia in Gelsenkirchen before the games against Denmark and Serbia.<\/p>\n
Gareth Southgate’s men are widely tipped for a successful tournament and qualified with an unbeaten record.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Complete with antique paintings and decorations, the resort combines a sense of history with modern amenities<\/p>\n
