Security followed him, hit a curb, completely shredded his tire, drove on the rim for a while then jumped out and tried to hide at my house.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I initially though he was stealing my car&#8230; He was arrested.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/27\/22\/78298415-12797429-image-a-6_1701124395351.jpg\" height=\"649\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland, L, confronted a trespasser, R, on his driveway<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/27\/22\/78298713-12797429-image-m-13_1701124645675.jpg\" height=\"485\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Strickland offered a brief explanation to what happened on his Instagram account on Monday<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/27\/22\/78298627-12797429-image-m-9_1701124444680.jpg\" height=\"734\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Strickland, 32, won the UFC middleweight championship fight against Israel Adesanya in Sept.<\/p>\n<p>Strickland, who previously made headlines for dodgy reasons, like chasing a man with a flamethrower, caught the trespasser hiding in between two cars parked in his driveway before pointing a gun to his head, as shown by a camera attached to his Ring doorbell.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He then appeared to have knocked out the the trespasser while cops arrived at the scene, and before speaking to an individual wearing an orange shirt.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier on in the video, the UFC fighter can be seen leaving his home, looking tense, while holding a gun, as he geared up to meet up with the intruder.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been believed that the man initially fled onto Strickland&#8217;s property to avoid cops, as flashing sirens can be seen on the street of the UFC&#8217;s fighter&#8217;s house.<\/p>\n<p>Strickland initially shared the footage on his account on X on Monday, while claiming that he thought the man either &#8216;stealing my car or trying to break in&#8230;&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;What would you of done?&#8217; he added.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/27\/22\/78299515-12797429-Strickland_in_white_seemed_to_have_knocked_out_the_trespasser_on-a-27_1701125973662.jpg\" height=\"502\" width=\"306\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/27\/22\/78298619-12797429-Strickland_speaking_to_someone_wearing_in_an_orange_shirt-a-28_1701125975529.jpg\" height=\"502\" width=\"306\"><\/p>\n<p>Strickland appeared to have knocked out the trespasser while waiting for the arrival of police<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/27\/22\/78275809-12797429-In_the_viral_clip_a_trespasser_hides_between_Strickland_s_two_tr-a-10_1701124461784.jpg\" height=\"338\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The trespasser can be seen avoiding arrest and hiding in between two of Strickland&#8217;s cars<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/27\/22\/78275807-12797429-Strickland_stormed_out_of_his_home_with_a_gun_as_he_geared_up_to-m-26_1701125946499.jpg\" height=\"337\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Strickland stormed out of his home with a gun as he geared up to meet with the trespasser<\/p>\n<p>In September, the American stunned Israel Adesanya to win the middleweight title at UFC 293.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Strickland (28-5), who caused a stir in the lead-up to the highly-anticipated fight with sexist and misogynistic comments at a press conference promoting the bout, won a five-round decision with all three judges scoring it 49-46.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Am I dreaming? Am I going to wake up? Someone hit me. &#8230; I don&#8217;t cry much but I&#8217;m trying to keep it together right now,&#8217; he said immediately after the bout while looking emotional.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I give up so many brain cells to the MMA gods&#8230; I thought I&#8217;d be walking away a little bloody, a little broken up.
