The curtain will fall on the 2023 season when the chequered flag waves in Abu Dhabi and there are still millions of pounds in prize money to fight for as four key battles reach their conclusion in the Constructors\u2019 Championship.<\/p>\n

While the exact details of the current Concorde Agreement – which will stay in effect until the end of the 2025 season – are unknown, it is known that F1\u2019s revenue is divided annually between the prize fund for the constructors and returns for shareholders.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to a report from Spanish news organisation AS, 23.75 per cent of F1\u2019s profit is handed to the teams as prize money for their finishing position in the Constructors\u2019 Championship.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Under the terms of the eighth Concorde Agreement, the profit prize money distribution was closed in from 20 per cent for the champions and four per cent for the tenth-placed team to 14 per cent for the champions and six per cent for the team finishing bottom of the standings.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Therefore, in line with 2023 revenue statistics, Red Bull will pick up a prize money reward in the region of \u00a352.50million for claiming the Constructors\u2019 Championship title, while the team that finishes bottom of the standings will pick up around \u00a311.95m for their efforts.<\/p>\n

With tens of millions of pounds in prize money still to play for heading into this weekend\u2019s race in Abu Dhabi, there are multiple key battles to keep an eye on in the standings. The headline fight on this front is the battle between Mercedes and Ferrari for P2.<\/p>\n

Charles Leclerc\u2019s P2 finish in Las Vegas ensured that Ferrari have closed within just four points of Mercedes heading into the season finale, setting up a mammoth battle between the two legendary constructors in the desert.<\/p>\n
