Real Madrid have reportedly sacked their chief medical officer Niko Mihic.<\/p>\n
According to Marca, the Spanish club have become increasingly concerned with their injury problems.<\/p>\n
The main source of frustration relates to how Mihic has handled Arda Guler’s recovery, with the young midfielder yet to play a game for the club after suffering several injury setbacks.<\/p>\n
Guler’s latest injury problem is reportedly set to keep him out until December.<\/p>\n
