Eberechi Eze has signed a new three-and-a-half year contract to stay at Crystal Palace.<\/p>\n
The 25-year-old midfielder has committed his future to Selhurst Park until 2027 amid growing interest from other Premier League clubs.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Eze originally signed for Palace from Queens Park Rangers for \u00a319.5million in 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Last season, he was the top scorer for the Eagles with 10 goals in the Premier League, also assisting four times.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Discussing the news, manager Roy Hodgson said: ‘I’m delighted for the club and pleased for Eberechi as well, because he’s done so well in the three years he’s been with us and it’s great to know he’s pledged his future to the club.<\/p>\n

‘That says a lot about his confidence in where the club is going and what we can achieve here, because his ambition is to establish himself in the English national team and he obviously believes we can get him there.<\/p>\n
‘I would like to think it says a lot about the club and how the club is progressing.’<\/p>\n
During the summer, Manchester City were the notable club who took an interest in Eze, along with Spurs briefly.\u00a0<\/p>\n
After rupturing his achilles tendon in 2021, Eze recovered by making his debut for England in June.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He has since made two international appearances so far in his career, but missed out on Gareth Southgate’s latest squad after a recent injury.<\/p>\n
