in their match&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A video of South African stars seemingly mocking the incident has gone viral\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>World Rugby&#8217;s investigation into the allegations from the semi-final are ongoing\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Latest Rugby World Cup 2023 news, including fixtures, live scores and results<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>South Africa&#8217;s stars have seemingly made light of the ongoing dispute between Bongi Mbonambi and Tom Curry during a recent training session.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The England flanker has alleged that Mbonambi called him a &#8216;white c***&#8217; during the first half of South Africa&#8217;s 16-15 Rugby World Cup\u00a0semi-final win in Paris.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It was confirmed on Monday that the English Rugby Football Union had lodged an official complaint about the incident, prompting World Rugby to open an investigation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>However, amid the ongoing investigation, the South African stars have made light of the situation during a recent lineout practice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It comes after a video posted by South African journalist Hendrik Cronj\u00e9 showed Mbonambi running drills with Siya Kolisi and\u00a0Deon Fourie.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/25\/14\/76984507-12670969-image-a-1_1698239369214.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>South Africa&#8217;s stars have seemingly mocked the ongoing dispute between Bongi Mbonambi (left) and Tom Curry during a recent training session<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/25\/14\/76984505-12670969-image-a-2_1698239466478.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>During a video that went viral, an assistant coach can be heard yelling Afrikaans term, &#8216;watter kant&#8217;, multiple times<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/25\/14\/76927751-12670969-The_news_comes_shortly_after_Curry_R_accused_South_Africa_s_Bong-a-3_1698239477370.jpg\" height=\"511\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The video comes in the wake of Curry&#8217;s (R) accusation that South Africa&#8217;s Mbonambi (L) called him a &#8216;white c***&#8217; during the Rugby World Cup semi-final\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the clip, as Mbonambi is throwing towards a target,\u00a0an assistant coach can be heard repeatedly using an Afrikaans term, &#8216;watter kant&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The term directly translates as &#8216;which side&#8217;, which could be relevant to the drill, however it&#8217;s also similar to the alleged phrase that Mbonambi used against Curry.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In England&#8217;s dramatic 15-16 loss to South Africa, Curry approached referee Ben O&#8217;Keeffe in the 28th minute of the match, and is heard to say over the ref mic: &#8216;Sir, sir, if their hooker calls me a white c***, what do I do?&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>O&#8217;Keeffe replied: &#8216;Nothing, please.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>After the final whistle, there was a noticeable altercation between Curry and Mbonambi, who appeared to refuse to shake the England forward&#8217;s hand and marched off down the tunnel.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the ongoing investigation, both Curry and Mbonambi are expected to feature in their country&#8217;s respective final matches of the tournament.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Curry will reunite with his fellow \u2018Kamikaze Kid\u2019 from the 2019 World Cup &#8211;
