England ultimately killed off any hopes of an Italy comeback 13 minutes before the end as Kane notched his second goal of the night.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is the mentality that is the thing [with Bellingham],\u201d explained England boss Gareth Southgate after the match. \u201cIt\u2019s the belief.
