Ireland propelled themselves to the brink of the quarter-finals with an epic 13-8 win over the reigning champions South Africa in Paris. Mack Hansen\u2019s try and five points from Sexton helped settle a thrilling clash between world rugby\u2019s top two teams. <\/p>\n
There was unexpected drama off the pitch too after a racy message was broadcast on TV, albeit briefly. The message read: \u201cAllez Johnny Sextoy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the picture being swiftly changed, it was still spotted by a host of chuckling fans. One, posting on Reddit, said: \u201cThey couldn\u2019t change cameras fast enough once they realised what it really said hahaha.\u201d<\/p>\n
A second said: \u201cI saw it on TV earlier, didn't look properly, I'd say my brain just filled in the blank for me coz I'm only clocking this now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, another saucy sign was spotted in the crowd. \u201cThere was also a \u2018Johnny's got you covered\u2019 sign. The producers were slow on the uptake today,\u201d said another Reddit user.<\/p>\n
After the famous win, Sexton was naturally more focused on his country\u2019s World Cup than any cheeky jokes about his name. He said: \u201cI think we\u2019ve had some big wins in pool stages before, that\u2019s right up there.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen you play against the reigning world champions, it\u2019s always going to be incredibly tough and it was. They didn\u2019t let us down in terms of the physicality of the game but I thought we fronted up and gave some good stuff ourselves in that regard.<\/p>\n
