for their bout in Saudi Arabia, despite the Gypsy King&#8217;s claims it will not, casting further doubt on potential Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk showdowns<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fury and Ngannou will face off in a heavyweight clash on October 28 in Riyadh<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fury has not fought in nine months and won&#8217;t be defending his WBC title in bout<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>He has been linked with fights against Joshua and Usyk but negotiations stalled<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tyson Fury&#8217;s boxing match with MMA star Francis Ngannou includes a rematch clause, according to a report.<\/p>\n<p>The two heavyweights will go head-to-head in Saudi Arabia on October 28 after months of negotiations and Fury will put his unbeaten record on the line once again.<\/p>\n<p>The world champion denied last week that there was a rematch clause in place, but Boxing News 24 have revealed that there is indeed a clause included in the contract.<\/p>\n<p>Though the &#8216;Gypsy King&#8217; is the heavy favourite to win the fight, he hasn&#8217;t fought in nine months and is facing one of the strongest punchers in the combat game, meaning the risk of him losing is there.<\/p>\n<p>It appears the fighter himself is being cautious of that too, with the rematch clause giving him the chance to right a potential wrong if things don&#8217;t go to plan next month.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/11\/13\/75293043-12504587-image-a-1_1694434575710.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Tyson Fury&#8217;s boxing match against\u00a0Francis Ngannou will reportedly include a rematch clause<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/11\/13\/75293047-12504587-image-a-2_1694434578949.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Fury (pictured) had claimed that there would be not rematch clause but reports have suggested otherwise<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/11\/13\/75293057-12504587-image-a-3_1694434581460.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Ngannou is stepping into boxing after leaving the UFC and is one of the biggest punchers in combat sport<\/p>\n<p>In what will be a ten round contest under the official rules of professional boxing, most fans and pundits believe Fury&#8217;s skill, range and understanding of distance will be too tough for the inexperienced Ngannou to overcome.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The two have already faced off in their first press conference and went head-to-head on the mic in a bid to win the fans over.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The announcement of the fight was met with criticism, with many boxing fans wanting to see Fury take on either Anthony Joshua or Oleksandr Usyk.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/11\/13\/75293061-12504587-image-a-4_1694434600266.jpg\" height=\"410\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Fury hasn&#8217;t fought since December last year when he again defeated Derek Chisora in London<\/p>\n<p>While negotiations had been held over potential bouts against both opponents, it doesn&#8217;t appear that either will be made, with Usyk recently knocking out Daniel Dubois and Joshua beating Robert Helenius in August.<\/p>\n<p>Though both men are looking for new opponents, it appears Fury has no interest in taking on either man, though it has regularly been claimed by his promoter, Frank Warren, that a suitable offer has never been made.<\/p>\n<p>It has been reported that Fury could be stripped of his WBC world title if he continues to delay any more defences, with fights against Joshua and former rival Deontay Wilder still being disucssed, according to the Daily Star.<\/p>\n<p>The 35-year-old has already defended the WBC belt on three occasions since taking it from Wilder in 2020, with the most recent challenge from Derek Chisora seen off late last year.<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/sport\/boxing\/article-12504587\/Tyson-Fury-Francis-Ngannou-rematch-clause-Gypsy-King.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read Full Article<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tyson Fury&#8217;s fight against MMA star Francis Ngannou &#8216;WILL include a rematch clause&#8217;
