Arsenal have turned down Chelsea’s\u00a0opening bid for Emile Smith Rowe, according to reports, as the Gunners hope to block their Premier League rivals from snatching one of their academy stars.<\/p>\n
But\u00a0Mikel Arteta\u00a0may be tempted back to the negotiating table if it means getting his hands one of\u00a0Mauricio Pochettino’s\u00a0squad members, with Smith Rowe’s future at the Emirates Stadium far from certain.\u00a0<\/p>\n
