According to Sky Sports, the Saudi Pro League side want to sign Zaha onto a three-year deal worth £45million (£15m per year).
Zaha’s current contract at Crystal Palace expires at the end of June and he has a fresh offer on the table from the Eagle worth nearly £200,000 a week, including bonuses.
Athletico Madrid recently enquired into the 30-year-old’s situation, who could be available on a free transfer in the summer if he chooses to leave Selhurst Park.
Zaha is expected to take his time over the decision and hasn’t ruled out staying put.

Al Nassr aren’t the only Saudi Arabian team keen on acquiring the services of the Ivory Coast international.
Saudi champions Al-Ittihad have also offered Zaha a deal worth £9million, after tax, to join them next season.
However, Zaha is said to be uninterested in the proposition at this stage in his career.
Mail Sport understands he wants to remain in Europe while Marseille are also linked to the player.
If he is to go anywhere then Atletico are the favourites to snap him up having recently qualified for Champions League football next season.
This will no doubt be attractive to Zaha, who has never played in European competition before.
