Soccer Aid 2019: Who are the four women playing for England and the Rest of the World?

Another England star taking part is Katie Chapman.

The central midfielder also enjoyed a strong career at Arsenal, playing for the club between 2006 and 2010, and then again between 2010 and 2013 after a spell at Chicago Red Stars.

Chapman earned 94 caps for England, scoring eight goals for her country.

The 37-year-old finished her career with four years at Chelsea, retiring last year.


The Rest of the World will be represented by Brazilian football star Rosana.

The left-back, who can also operate further forward, played for a wealth of teams during her career.

Rosana plied her trade for sides in Brazil, Austria, France and the US over a 20-year period.

She also played regularly for Brazil after making her debut in 2000.

Rosana picked up two Olympic silver medals for her country.


Another Brazilian on display this evening is Francielle.

Currently without a club, the 29-year-old recent played for Norwegian side Avaldsnes IL.

Francielle has also featured for Santos, Corinthians and Sao Jose in her home country.

Like Rosana, she has also represented her country on a number of occasions.

Despite her age however, she has stopped playing international football.

Francielle decided to quit the national team in October 2017 after becoming disgruntled at the pay and conditions.

The Brazilian Football Confederation’s sacking of head coach Emily Lima also played a part in her decision.
