There is no issues between David Luiz and Dani Ceballos according to Rob Holding.

The Arsenal colleagues were at the centre of rumours regarding an alleged bust-up this week – an altercation which was addressed by an annoyed Mikel Arteta on Friday.

Although the incident was quickly resolved from the inside, the Spaniard was left fuming that it was leaked out of the club and quickly spread on social media.

While Arteta has promised to find the source of the information, defender Holding has insisted that there are no lasting problems between his team-mates.

“It’s just competitive training, that’s all we want it to be,” Holding told Sky Sports.

“We want it to be match-like, you’ve got to train as if it’s a match.

“You want to fight and compete for the ball. If it goes over [and] it can’t go over, it can’t go over, and it’s displaying something that’s not part of the game.

“Everything that happened was just competitive tackling and just a bit of competitiveness with the boys, which I think is not a problem at all.”

Holding then added when asked if the players are friends again: “Yeah, everyone’s friends again, everyone’s laughing and joking. It’s all good.”

After Arteta had said: “I don’t like it at all and I will find out where it is coming from.

“And if that is the case, that goes completely against what I expect from each other, the privacy and the confidentiality that we need, and there will be consequences.”

Arsenal take on Leeds on Sunday as they look to climb up the Premier League table from 11th.

Their manager added when asked about that fixture: “They are very loyal to their principles, to the way the play and they approach every game the same way, which is to win and to be very aggressive with and without the ball and try to win.

“It doesn’t matter where they play, what I have seen from them in the last season, it is not a concern about who they play against, it is about what they do.”
