Rafa Benitez watched his Everton side come from behind to beat Burnley 3-1 and climb to fourth in the Premier League table at a rocking Goodison Park on Monday evening.
The former Real Madrid and Newcastle boss faced his fair share of doubters on moving to the blue half of Merseyside this summer – but is going the right way to win over supporters.
The Spaniard made the tactical changes necessary to see his team win in style against Sean Dyche's men, with goals from Michael Keane, Andros Townsend and Demarai Gray.
Those two forwards were both summer additions at Everton, with the permanent deal for Gray costing just £1.7million and Townsend joining on a free from Crystal Palace.
Thanks to their impressive performances, fans have hailed the club for their transfer business as well as the manager for their solid start to the new campaign.
One fan said on Twitter of Gray: "Signing of the summer, don’t care what anyone says."
With a second adding: "Signing of the summer."
With Gary Lineker saying: "Really pleased for @22Demarai. Always had bags of potential and if he carries on like this he may well be the bargain buy of the season."

Another said of Townsend: "Great goal. Very good performance. But his interview after the game was the creme de la creme. Loving this guy more and more I see of him."
A second added: "Him and Gray 2 bargains, at last a few more players to score goals from midfield."
And a third adding: "Gives everything, skilful, wants to make things happen. Keep it going Andros, you'll get a lot of love from Evertonians."
Benitez told BBC Sport : "It was a good game, very physical. It was not easy but overall we were ok.
"When we scored our goal, we had more confidence, played 4-3-3, created more chances and could have scored more goals.
"Really pleased with the connection between the team and the fans. We are looking to build a fortress here.
"Both Demarai Gray and Andros Townsend have quality and are good pros. They are keen to learn, even Andros at his age. The main thing in this team, everyone said we needed wingers. Today Richarlison did a great job also and the two wingers helped the striker do better."
