Jurgen Klopp looks as though he'll be able to recall two key men for Liverpool's trip to Tottenham on Thursday.
The champions head to north London in the midst of their worst run of form under the German boss, who saw his side knocked out of the FA Cup by rivals Manchester United on Sunday.
Despite that exit it is the three draws and two defeats in Liverpool's last five Premier League games which will worry Klopp more, as the Reds have stumbled from the top of the table and down to fifth in recent weeks.
Spurs are one of the teams who will be looking to take advantage of that downturn, but Klopp will be buoyed by the positive news surrounding both Jordan Henderson and Joel Matip ahead of the game.
Henderson has missed Liverpool's last two matches with a muscle issue, but appears to be winning his fight to feature in north London.
The Telegraph report that Klopp is hopeful of seeing his captain return to the fold for the game, and that he'll be able to play him in his preferred midfield position because of availability of Matip.
The Cameroonian defender was left out of the FA Cup trip to Old Trafford, but that was only seen as a precaution ahead of a busy run of Premier League games.
Matip looks set to partner Fabinho at the heart of the Liverpool defence, with Henderson moving into midfield after playing at the back in his last two matches.
Although in the grip of some poor form, Liverpool's next two league matches, both in London, offer them the perfect chance to get back on track by beating the teams around them.
After Tottenham they go to West Ham on Sunday, with the Hammers having gone above them in the table with their win over Crystal Palace on Tuesday.
