Arsenal’s inconsistent start to the season has meant attention has already started to turn towards the upcoming January transfer window.
Despite the additions of Thomas Partey, Gabriel Magalhaes and Willian this summer, the Gunners have struggled for form in the Premier League.
Mesut Ozil looks to have played his last game for the club, with the priority for Mikel Arteta now appearing to be a creative midfielder, after their failed attempt to bring in Lyon's Houssem Aouar.
The Gunners could yet return for Aouar, but there are other names on their radar while Arteta could offload some deadwood, too.
Here are all the latest Arsenal transfer rumours.
Torino considering move for Arsenal midfielder
Torino are ‘weighing up’ a move for Lucas Torreira in January, according to Marca .
The 24-year-old joined Atletico Madrid on loan in the summer having been deemed surplus to requirements at Arsenal.
But no future purchase agreement was reached, and Torino could look to tempt the Gunners with an offer when the transfer window reopens.
Torreira may be willing to return to Italy, depending on whether or not he starts regularly for Atletico over the coming weeks.
Sao Paulo expect star to stay despite Arsenal interest
Sao Paulo do not expect to lose highly-rated youngster Brenner, despite interest from Arsenal.
According to Globo Esporte , the 20-year-old has a release clause of £45m, enough to deter the Premier League side.
Arsenal are believed to be battling the likes of Juventus, Milan and Ajax for the signature of the Brazilian.
Real Madrid are also said to be monitoring Brenner, who has scored 17 goals in 26 appearances so far this season.
But his release clause is likely to prove a sticking point for even the richest Europe clubs given the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
Arsenal given Barella blow
Inter’s Nicolo Barella is not for sale in the near future, according to Calciomercato .
The 23-year old midfielder has been linked with a move to the Emirates, but is now expected to sign a new contract with the Serie A club.
He is one of three players, including Stefan de Vrij and Romelu Lukaku, deemed "non-transferrable".
Liverpool are also believed to be interested, but it seems Barella is staying put for the foreseeable future.
