Detroit had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 32-21 victory over Miami. The success made it back-to-back wins for Detroit.
Kerryon Johnson, who picked up 158 yards on the ground, was a major factor in Detroit’s success. Matthew Stafford was in the mix, too, providing Detroit with two touchdowns.
A silver lining for Miami was the play of Brock Osweiler, who passed for 239 yards and 2 touchdowns.
The win got Detroit back to even at 3-3. The defeat dropped Miami’s record to 4-3.
Detroit will take on Seattle at home at 1:00 p.m. next week. Those two teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. As for Miami, they will face off against Houston. Houston are cruising in on a four-game winning streak.
