Sean Lee will be lucky if he plays again this season.
The Cowboys linebacker is expected to miss four to six weeks of action after suffering a left hamstring injury in Monday’s loss to the Titans, the Dallas Morning News reported Wednesday, citing an unidentified source.
Should his recovery go smoothly, Lee could make his return Dec. 23 for the team’s Week 16 matchup against the Buccaneers.
Cowboys coach Jason Garrett acknowledged the severity of the injury without specifying a timetable, saying “we anticipate him to be out for a little bit, no question about that.”
