As we roll into Week 3 of the college fantasy football season, a couple matchups jump out. Washington State-Houston (with a 75.5-point over/under) and Texas Tech-Arizona (74.5-point over/under) should provide many players usable for DFS lineups. Of course, those aren’t the only great matchups, and we’ve identified a few more in this week’s DraftKings stud, value, and sleeper picks.

Week 3 College Fantasy Football DFS Picks: QBs
Best Start: Spencer Sanders, Oklahoma State at Tulsa ($9,300). Sanders has been lights out this season, putting up over 600 total yards and six TDs in just over six quarters of work. He has another great matchup this week as the Cowboys go on the road against a Tulsa defense ranked 50th in the country.
Best Value: Bryce Perkins, Virginia vs FSU ($7,300). Perkins has had a couple quiet games to start the season, averaging 242 total yards with five TDs. But he gets to face a struggling FSU team who is currently giving up 520 yards per game. Perkins will have an opportunity to put up some big numbers this week.
Sleeper: Jacob Eason, Washington vs Hawaii ($5,600). Eason has had an uneven start to the season. He put up 349 yards and four TDs in Week 1 against Eastern Washington, then only 162 yards against a tough Cal defense. This week Eason should have a much easier time against a Hawaii team ranked 117th in total defense.
Week 3 College Fantasy Football DFS Picks: RBs
Best Start: Max Borghi, Washington State at Houston ($7,300). Borghi has definitely made good use of his limited usage so far this season, scoring four TDs on just 22 touches. However, the Cougars have not really needed him as they blew out their first two opponents. This week they travel to Houston, and Borghi will definitely need to be more involved if Washington State hopes to win.
Best Value: Anthony McFarland, Maryland at Temple ($6,600). McFarland only managed 152 yards in the first two weeks of the season, but he made up for that by scoring five TDs. This week Maryland should have a tougher time running away the game, which will give McFarland more opportunities.
Sleeper: Charles Williams, UNLV at Northwestern ($5,100). Williams is averaging 155 rushing yards and two TDs per game this season. The Rebels will continue to lean on him as the travel to take on Northwestern and their 64th-ranked rush defense.
Week 3 College Fantasy Football DFS Picks: WRs
Best Start: Tylan Wallace, Oklahoma State at Tulsa ($8,600). Despite limited playing time Wallace has opened the season on a tear, catching five TDs on only 10 receptions. He should be in line for another big game as the Cowboys travel to Tulsa to take on the Golden Hurricanes and their 62nd-ranked pass defense.
Best Value: Devin Duvernay, Texas at Rice ($6,900). Duvernay finally seems to be living up to the hype that surrounded him when he arrived in Austin. He now has 21 receptions for 209 yards and three TDs in the Longhorns first two games. And he should be in for another big game as Texas goes on the road to take on Rice’s 85th-ranked defense.
Sleeper: Aaron Fuller, Washington vs. Hawaii ($4,900). Fuller started the season with bang, catching five passes for 73 yards and two TDs in the Huskies’ opening game. But he then dropped off in Week 2 with only 40 yards on three catches. This week Washington is hosting Hawaii, whose defense should not put up much resistance. Fuller will get back on track with another big game.
