Marvin Williams could be in a new uniform soon.
The Hornets have “definitely made” the 33-year-old forward available in trade talks, according to a report from the Charlotte Observer.
Williams could be an attractive piece in a deal because of his expiring contract and ability to stretch the floor. He is set to make about $15 million next season after opting into the final year of his deal in June and has knocked down 36.2% of his career 3-point attempts.
Williams has spent the last five seasons in Charlotte. He averaged 10.1 points and 5.4 rebounds in 75 games in 2018-19.
