Lamar Jackson sent a fierce warning to his NFL rivals as he promised to ‘work harder’ after helping the Ravens to a massive win over the 49ers.

The quarterback helped his side to a 20-17 win over the high-flying San Francisco 49ers.

Justin Tucker secured the win in the last kick of the game from 49 yards out.

But they have a lot to thank Jackson for after his touchdown pass for Mark Andrews and his own score.

It has seen the 22-year-old touted for the MVP award.

And footage has emerged which suggests his NFL rivals will not get a break from the Ravens star’s ruthless performances.

In a clip from the post-match press conference, Jackson is a wearing a T-shirt which says ‘Nobody Cares, Work Harder’.

When a journalist asks about it, the quarterback gives a brilliant answer.

He says: “This is every day.

“Nobody cares about what you’re doing, you’ve got to work harder.

“If you want to be the best, you have to work harder at being the best.

“If they doubt you, work harder.

“It doesn’t matter, it’s their opinion – you’ve got to keep going.”

In a separate interview on the pitch, the Ravens star said he has his eyes on the Super Bowl.

Jackson told Fox Sports: “We’re 10-2 wight now, we’re chasing something.

“I’m chasing one thing right now.”

This footage was shared on Ravens’ official Twitter channel, where it has already been viewed thousands of times.

And the 22-year-old earned high praise from fans.

“He is just wired differently,” one said.

Another commented: “Strongly agree – well spoken.”

While a third could not hold their emotions in.

“I love this guy,” they said.

And a fourth added: “That’s my quarterback.”

Jackson pulled off a 25-yard throw to find Andrews, grabbing an equalising in the first quarter before side-stepping the 49er’s defence in the second quarter.

It was a bad day for Jimmy Garoppolo, though, who left fans furious with his fumble.
