Paul Casey will be playing in this year’s Masters tournament after it was postponed last year, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Spectators will return this year, although in greatly reduced numbers and with strict social distancing measures in place. The four-day Masters tournament is being held at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. Casey was born in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire on July 21, 1977, making him 43-years-old.

Casey moved with his family to Weybridge, Surrey aged six, where he attended Cleves School.

Following his stint at the Weybridge education facility, Casey moved to Hampton School, west London.

Casey joined the European Tour in May 2001, where he recorded a second in his fifth tournament, and a win in his 11th, the Gleneagles Scottish PGA Championship.

The golfer ended that season 22nd on the order of merit and won the Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year award.

In January 2011, Casey won the Volvo Golf Championship tournament in Bahrain, which was his first win for 20 months.

Casey also won the 2012 Telus World Skins Game in Canada after defeating Jonathan Vegas in a tiebreaker.

In June 2013, Casey won his 12th European Tour title at the Irish Open, bringing an end to a two-and-a-half year winless drought, due to form and fitness problems.

Casey will likely have the support and cheers of his wife, Pollyanna Woodward, as he goes for glory in the Masters this week – but who is Casey’s spouse? Here’s what we know.

Who is Paul Casey’s wife, Pollyanna Woodward?

Pollyanna is Casey’s second wife, and he is also her second husband.

The pair met just after they both individually settled their divorce agreements.

She earned the title when she travelled 22.64 miles in under five hours.

Before rising to moderate fame on the tech show, she competed in Posters: The Rivals in 2002.
