Tommy Fury has been struck down by a cold less than a month before his huge grudge match with Jake Paul.
The British fighter is currently preparing for his catchweight contest with Paul, which is due to take place on December 18 in Florida.
Fury will be hoping to maintain his unbeaten record against the controversial American who is also looking to avoid his first defeat.
His promotor Frank Warren remains confident that his star can bring home the goods despite revealing his sickness woes.
"Tommy had a little bit of a cold but hopefully he is going to be okay," Warren told iFL TV.
"We are up in Morecambe [on Wednesday] so hopefully we will know more then, but he is up for it and he wants to fight.
"He can’t wait for the fight and I know certainly from Jake’s perspective he can’t wait for the fight."
Fury is usually coached by his dad John, but with his father unable to travel to the US due to a previous criminal conviction, those duties have fallen instead to his brother Tyson.

The Gypsy King will be hoping to mastermind his younger sibling to an eighth professional success when he meets YouTuber Paul in Florida next month.
The 22-year-old maintained his unbeaten record with a comfortable victory over Anthony Taylor in his last bout on the undercard of Paul's victory over ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley.
There's more than just personal pride on the line for Fury against Paul. His brother Tyson has threatened to disown the boxer if he loses to his 24-year-old opponent.
"If Tommy can’t splatter Jake Paul, I’ll retire him from boxing myself," Tyson told Boxing Social.
"If he can’t beat Jake Paul, forget about boxing.
"Because he’s got ambitions of being a world champion, never mind beating some YouTube guy," the Gypsy King explained.
"But Tommy – his name’s Fury. If he can’t beat Jake Paul, I’ll have to change his name."
